Photo series tells the story of a man who at the age of 40 went to the woods to live. He built his own life in the forest for over 50 years until his death. Elis was hard-working and used all his time for self-realization and built up a wonderful, original structure for the forest. Elis was always good-natured and friendly, and I think he was the happiest person I have ever met. Elis is 78 years old in these pictures.
